Terms & Conditions for Rafiky Mobile Application

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rafiky mobile application (the "App"), operated by Rafikyapp, a registered limited liability company (LLC) in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rafiky. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Scope of Services
- Discover destinations and points of interest
- Receive AI-powered travel recommendations
- Access location-based content and services
- Make in-app payments through third-party providers
Rafiky does not operate as a travel agency, tour operator, or payment processor.
3. User Accounts
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Rafiky reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. AI-Driven Personalization
Rafiky uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to personalize content and recommendations based on preferences, behavior, and location. These systems do not constitute professional advice.
5. Location-Based Services
Certain features require access to your device’s location. You may enable or disable location access through device settings. Disabling location may limit functionality.
6. Payments and Transactions
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Rafiky does not store payment card details and is not responsible for third-party payment disputes.
7. User Responsibilities
- Do not use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Do not interfere with security or functionality
- Do not attempt unauthorized access
- Do not misuse intellectual property
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, software, and materials within the App are the exclusive property of Rafikyapp or its licensors.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party services. Rafiky is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rafikyapp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Termination
Rafiky may suspend or terminate access to the App at its discretion if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.
14. Changes to These Terms
Rafiky reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
